Asanify was founded in 2019 and is a well-funded Tech Startup based out of India.

Out of this shared struggle, Asanify was born—a solution designed to alleviate the burdens of payroll management and employee administration for SMBs. The founding members of Asanify are graduates from premier institutes of India such as IIT, ISB, IIM, DCE, Jadavpur University, and Presidency University. After gaining global leadership experience, the leaders went on to apply their people management skills and technology practices to help grow businesses and startups globally by automating their end to end people and payroll processes.
What started as a quest to simplify these tasks has evolved into a robust platform that scales effortlessly from small businesses to global enterprises.
But Asanify doesn’t stop there. Recognizing the growing trend of global remote work and freelance collaborations, it has expanded to include sophisticated global contractor management systems. Moreover, Asanify goes beyond traditional HRMS by offering Employer of Record (EOR) services, providing a compliant infrastructure for businesses to hire and manage employees globally without administrative headaches.

Priyom Sarkar, Co-Founder and CEO
After completing his Bachelor’s degree with a First Class Honors from Jadavpur University, Priyom went ahead to pursue an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Indian School of Business. He holds more than 15 years of experience working with brands like PwC, Reliance Industries, and Viacom 18, supervising their digital strategies. He has a strong track record of conceptualizing, incubating, and growing disruptive B2B and B2C businesses. He has also been a featured speaker at “Chief Innovation Officer, Singapore”, “Chief Digital Officer Summit”, “Unleashing Innovation”, “IFLR M&A”, and “World HRD Congress” amongst other internationally renowned forums.
Gaurav Prasad, Co-Founder and COO
After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Gaurav went ahead to pursue an MBA in Marketing & Finance from IIM Lucknow. He holds more than 15 years of experience working with brands like HSBC, GE, Reliance Group, and VFS Global, supervising their growth and marketing strategies. He has a strong track record of conceptualizing growth value propositions and managing successful Customer Loyalty Programs like Taj, Standard Chartered Bank & Air Canada.
